LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Objectives can be cognitive, behavioral and or affective, and sometimes these concepts overlap.  You have also learned that objectives need to be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable (or Assignable), Realistic and Time framed.  It is now time to begin to consider what you want your learners to come away with at the close of training. For your chosen training topic, write 5 cognitive objectives (what they will know or understand), 5 Behavioral objectives (what they will be able to do) and 2 affective objectives (changes in feelings or attitudes). Training modules are usually from 30 to 90 minutes and average 3-5 objectives each.  For this assignment, you will write a total of 12 objectives for your chosen training. Please complete the assignment on this paper.
