Employment History 1. Work as part of IT implementation and Support team to install, configure,test,maintain and troubleshoot end user hardware, software, networked peripheral devices and cabling for clients on a Windows AD network. 2.Provide first level telephone and/or on-site technical assistance for end users. This includes hardware support as well as software application support. 3.Troubleshoot hardware problems, including PC workstations, printers, fax machines, etc. 4.Schedule and perform new equipment installs and upgrades. 5.Work with EMR and Practice Management teams to insure network clients are properly configured. 6. Analyzes and completes I.S. maintenance activities and end user change requests. 7. Investigates, analyzes and resolves I.S. user and system problems. 8. Work on-call rotation to provide after hour support for all network/application issues.
