The cars agent maintenance department customers waiting time at company (x) , the current situation that the costumer waiting time may reach 3 hours and we need to achieve 1 hour maximum. Random samples been collected and monitored

The plan will be as follow:

– Introduction

– Background The maintenance department waiting time (customers satisfaction) waiting time problem in maintenance department

– Calculate systematic random samples for customers waiting times in different days maintenance department receptionist.

– Enter the data in spreadsheet, Calculate Mean and demonstrate it in Bar chart/histogram

– Barito chart 20:80 if there is special car/problem with high waiting time may affect overall waiting

– Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone diagram) (4Ps)

– Demonstrate in Control Chart the rang then the mean to check the limits, Recalculate controllable values and capabilities.

– Looking for Benchmark maintenance customers waiting time as to check our time control.

– Brainstorming recommendations

– Priorities the improvement recommended solutions and its estimated applicability and results in the car maintenance workshop.
