Assignment Requirements: Case Study

Please read the entire message.
This is a case study for “financial analysis” course. I have already written the paper and it was graded. All of the sections except for section A3 (part 3) and A4(part 4) met the requirements. Even though I’m sending you the entire paper that I wrote, you only need to write for those two sections (I’ve highlighted the sections in need of work). I will be sending you 4 files: 1) Task 3 revised (the entire paper), 2)evaluation summary ( evaluator’s comments for sections A3 and A4 have been highlighted to make it easy to see), 3)Competition bikes storyline ( you will find all the information that you need for the paper here, task3), 4) Workbook.
Please refer to the evolution summary page and read the comments for both two sections to find out what information are needed. for section A3 you can just add needed information to what I already have on the paper. some hints for section a3: Cash is a good working capital because its immediately accessible; Account Receivable and inventory are considered bad working capitals. to reduce the bad working capital, the company can get aggressive with collecting account receivables, also practicing “in time production” and “lean manufacturing” will keep the inventory were it needs to be.
For section A4, You need to rewrite the entire section. Originally I recommended “acquiring”, but I was told by my professor that the correct action would be to recommend “merger”, because if you look at the numbers in the workbook file (under TASK 3 MERGER_ ACQUITION Tab) you will see that earning per share before the merger in less than earning per share if the merger was to take place. So again section Part4 needs to be rewritten.
