1. Identify the organization’s external and internal stakeholders (50% of the marks for this part of the coursework):
a. Prioritize them with respect to ‘power’ and ‘interest’.
b. Explain the financial and/or emotional interest each have in the organization’s Environmental Management System, (EMS).
c. Are their views positive or negative?
d. Choose four stakeholders from your answer to part a. Write a short message for each of your chosen stakeholders to communicate each of the three sustainability
issues: environmental, social and economic of relevance to the organization. What associated actions might you expect these stakeholders to take?
2. For 2 of the stakeholders you have chosen in 1d, get their feedback on your ‘sustainability message’. (20% marks)
3. Based upon the feedback you collected in part 2, design and produce a leaflet to communicate each of the three sustainability issues: environmental, social and
economic. Make this Appendix 1 in your assignment. (30% marks)
