Make sure my two variables are measured very well and understandable which are customer service quality and customer Abstract:

Add an example of a real psychometric -Scale about customer service as a sample, (most be taken from some author that already did it, don’t come up with ur won Scale) don’t forget to reference this psychometric -Scale and make sure its simple customer service psychometric -Scale because its my research proposal which mean I will use it and do it with my final report next semester.

 

Add one more Literature Review about the same topic to support

Understand the value and the important of using this psychometric -Scale to measure these concepts

 

And he told us to talk abt the sample which is under Procedure, so I kind I did talk about it but he said I can add the stratified sample prove our chances to get better results
