While writing the paper focus more on student Achievement in mathematics. The Paper should be related to the student population of Clayton county public schools in Atlanta, GA which consists of 90% Afro-American student population.

Background – I work in Clayton County Public School System in Riverdale High School where 90% of the population is Afro-American students. So, general statistics of our school is that only 18% of the school students are able to pass GMAS assessments.

Paper should include 3 chapters/sections in the following order:

Chapter 1 – Introduction: Significance of the problem

Chapter 2 – Theoretical Framework: Best Teacher Practices and Student Achievement in Academics (Focus more on Student Achievement in Mathematics)

Chapter 3 – Research Methodology (Types of Methods of data collection approved by professor for this topic – 1) Interviews (structured and semi structured),

2) Open ended questionnaire

3) Documents Review

4) Surveys

Each chapter should be exactly 10 pages double spaced
