Write the case analysis in a 4–6 page Word document. Apply the course readings, classroom discussions, and your personal experience to the case analysis. Include

answers to the following questions in your analysis:
Would you consider Gawker Media an ethical company? Why or why not? Provide specific examples.
If you were one of Gawker’s marketing managers, would you sell remnant advertising space to possibly shady buyers or to graphic artists? “Remnant” advertising refers

to get-rich scam ads. Gawker offers such space to emerging graphic artists from all over the world. Does this make business sense?
Denton lives and works out of SoHo (NYC), but his company is incorporated in Budapest. Why would he incorporate in Budapest when he lives in NYC? What are the pros and

cons of incorporating overseas?
