Bush Control

The bush control methods used in the organization have mainly focused on areas that have overgrown bushes. In addition, it has been observed that the bushes are controlled only at a specific time interval (King & Downey, 2008). This has resulted into increased number ofbushes growing in the area around working places and acting as breeading grounds for mosquitoes that have been a nuisance for employees at work place. The methods of controlling bush management has thus been necessary to be redesigned.

An new design of bush control in the area around working place has been suggeted to be carried out based on the estimation of the growth of bushes. For instance, if the bushes have grown to a height where they need to be cust, there should be no hesitation to cut them down. In addition, it is suggested that the bush control should not focus on areas that have overgrown bushes only, but also areas that have bushes that can harbor mosquitoes and cause disturbance to employees at the work place. When these recommnded changes in bush control strategies are implemeted, it will be possible to address all challenges brought by bushes and employees will be able to work without much disturbances.
