Attributes of an Effective Leader. (Influence)

An annotated bibliography is a list of sources and includes APA formatted references to the articles, books and resources.

Following each reference is a brief description and an evaluation of the source.

The APA format for an annotated bibliography is as follows:
Author Last Name, First Initial. Middle Initial. (year). Name of journal article. Name of Journal is next, volume (Issue), page numbers.
A summary of the article.
Assess the article according to the focus of the research and provide criticisms.
1. Who is the author and how are they qualified?
2. Reflect on the source and how it fits in the topic chosen to research. Is the source helpful?
3. Too broad or too narrow?
4. Explain how this research will fit into your research paper.

Superior work in all areas?consistently exceeds minimal expectations in all areas regarding content, analysis, synthesis, evaluation of references, writing style, current APA formatting, grammar, and spelling.
Specifically:

? Includes cover page, abstract, and annotated bibliography all in current APA format.
? The minimum number of references and an annotated bibliography for each is included.
? Scholarly sources (from peer-reviewed journals) are used.
? Minimal to non-existent grammatical and APA errors. Assignments are written in third person and in a formal writing style.
? The annotation for each reference includes all of the following: Who is the author and how are they qualified? Reflection on the source and how it fits in the topic chosen to research. A comment on whether the source helpful; Too broad or too narrow? Explain how this research will fit into your Literature Review.
