Review the article “In a Switch, Police Invite Scrutiny of Racial Profiling; Cities Embracing Drills, Research to Counter Bias.” Think about the challenges faced by the local police in addressing the use of racial profiling.

Review the article “Community Policing: Exploring the Philosophy.” Think about the challenges and contradictions related to the use of racial profiling in community policing.

Select at least two challenges, contradictions, or both related to the use of racial profiling in a community-policing model. Think about why each is a challenge or a contradiction.
