Please reflect on the course and write a brief paper (our usual one-page limit) on why it is important to study the history of communication. Select one topic from this course (e.g. censorship, social reform, attention-grabbing news, etc…) and summarize what you would like the general public to know about it. Imagine that you were writing a speech for a TED talk or some other speech to a large group of people and summarize the main points.
