Assignment Instructions
Design a change proposal for a contemporary D&I human resources issue.  Utilizing the research from assignment #1, create a presentation pitch for a change in relation to this diversity and inclusion issue.

Include an introduction of the issue and summarize the proposal to be addressed.
Assess the legal, ethical, and business aspects of the issue.
Provide a recommendation and outline a plan to address the issue.
What role do mindfulness, dialogue, and collaboration play in your recommendation?
Review possible issues or challenges with your proposed solution and the potential impact it will have on stakeholders (i.e., employees, management, the entire organization, customers, and/or shareholders).
Justify why your recommendation would be successful.
Include a conclusion.
Mechanics: Create a 10-15 minute, technology-based presentation with audio (Prezi, PPT, Google, Articulate, Captivate, Haiku Deck, etc.).  Be sure to include presenter notes with your presentation and include a minimum of 10 sources to support your proposal (including sources from assignment #1) on a Reference slide.
