Use the two attached articles (“future” and “innovation”) for reference, and find (and cite) other sources as indicated.  Present your thoughts on how project management fits in large and small private or public companies/enterprises, and how PM might change (or not) to become a more effective effort.    Use the “Big Dig” or other large projects as examples if you want; not required.  I would prefer that you not reference Agile methodology in this paper;  that’s a topic for the 3rd paper.
