Discussion: HBR Reading
First, read this week’s assigned reading: “Making Advanced Analytics Work for You” (Harvard Business Review) (Links to an external site.).

This is a great article because it discusses what it takes to go from knowing you need to use analytics to post-implementation. It’s also full of a lot of anecdotes that should add some color to all of our discussion about what happens when we go live with analytics will people use it? Will we develop brilliant insights instantly? What are the obstacles?
