APA paper topics: write a paper on one of these two topics:
1. What role does ethics play in the management of a department, division or organization?
2. As leaders, how can we ensure our managers conduct themselves and their work in an ethical manner?

Make sure you are following the APA 6th edition manual, no pictures on the cover page or large font, make sure you have a header, and meet the minimum word count of 800 words or more.
Please do not go over 1,000 words.
Paper must have a minimum or five references and citations of which three must be from an academic database, such as EBSCO.
Quotes will NOT count as part of the word count and cannot exceed more than 20% of the paper.
