Paper instructions:
You are to write an 8 to 12 page paper about this individual and how he/she fits in history.
Provide biographical information about this person and the relevance of his or her life to his or her psychological contributions. Give general historical background about the time in which this person lived, in a manner that is relevant to who this person was and what his/her contributions were. (For example, we cannot understand Freud without knowing the political and social climate in which he was raised). This paper may include information about the person’s particular theory/contributions, but that is not the theme of the paper. Instead, mention of the contributions should be used to explain his or her place in history and how those contributions arose.

The paper should be typed, double-spaced, and in APA format. You are expected to use and cite at least 5 sources. You are allowed to use secondary sources for this particular paper, but they should be cited as such. I expect a unique synthesis of information from these sources that provides insight into who this person was and why he/she did the things he/she did.
