Paper instructions:
1.Select a specific example of an organizational policy that you are aware of from your own experience or from the media that exemplifies an infringement on the personal liberty of employees within the organization and explain it being specific in terms of what liberties are infringed upon and how.

2.Explain the benefits of the policy to the organization in spite of the costs to employees in terms of their personal liberty.
