Analysis of the Selected Organization’s Current Strategic Plan

Part 1: Analysis of the Selected Organization’s Current Strategic Plan (10%)

Students must complete a detailed analysis of their selected organization to draft a meaningful strategic plan. Students will submit a copy of their selected organization’s current strategic plan and provide an 6-8 page double-spaced narrative of their analysis and findings. The analysis must address the following:

a summary of the organization’s current strategic planning
strengths and weaknesses of the current strategic plan
areas that the organization/student will strive to improve in the new strategic plan

My organizational of choice will be FEMA
