Presumptive diagnosis and differential diagnoses

Krista E. is a 41-year-old female seen in the office with headache, fever, shaking, chills, coughing, increasing SOB, and increasing fatigue. Symptoms began 24 hours ago. The region in which you are practicing is experiencing peak flu season. This patient did not receive influenza vaccination. What is your presumptive diagnosis and differential diagnoses? What therapeutic options exist and what are their mechanisms of action? What medications and doses are appropriate for this patient?
