Paper instructions:
This fourth and final project component provides a description of the implementation plan for the strategic planning project and a plan for implementation of the plan. Students also design a formative and summative evaluation process including description of the frequency of evaluation, expected levels of achievement (benchmarks), and a description of the process to modify and update the evaluation plan.
