The Three Streams
We have already discussed the Problem stream in connection with the issue of “framing” policy problems. This week’s readings focus on the other two streams, the Policy (=solutions) stream and the Political stream. What do you see as the strengths and weaknesses of Kingdon’s three streams approach?
