Write a 5 paragraph analysis of the Google case study on page 385 of your management textbook. Be sure to incorporate within this paper answers to questions 2, 3, and 4 presented at the end of the case. They are as follows:
Google is doing a lot for its employees, but obviously it has not done enough to retain several of its talented employees. Using what you have learned from studying the various >motivation theories, as well as human resource management principles<, what does this situation tell you about employee motivation?
What do you think is Google’s biggest challenge in keeping employees motivated?
If you were managing a team of Google employees, how would you keep them motivated?
Your paper should have a clear introduction (1 paragraph), body (3 paragraphs), and conclusion (1 paragraph), which ought to be dileneated by subtitles. In the introduction, you should begin with an attention getter, which will be followed by a general discussion of the topic, and conclude with a clear articulation of your thesis.
