All of you completed an HR Chally Assessment prior to taking this course. This 21 page assessment outlined your strengths and weaknesses in detail with regards to 6
different sales roles. You will be asked to write a 5 page essay outlining how you might use the findings of this Chally assessment to further develop as a Sales
Professional. Choose one of the 6 Chally sales roles for which you had your strongest score and optionally but not required which you also feel that you might want to
pursue in a sales career. Write a 5 page single spaced essay outlining how you will work to your strengthes and use the coaching suggestions provided by HR Chally to
minimze your weakenesses to maximize your effectiveness on is this career. Self knowledge is an important ingredient in being an effective sales professional or any
type of business professional, for that matter.
