Paper details 

This paper should be an analysis of determining what is the correlation between the last financial crisis and sub-prime mortgages. Meaning the financial crisis caused by sub-prime mortgages.
Sources: the primary sources for the paper must be online data, DO NOT use media and journalists. In addition to the online data, it has to be collected by transaction participant. For example, Residential Banks(interest, loan), Borrowers(Union credit), Agent/Broker( Local chapter, NAR, NCACR), Co-signer(Bankruptcy), Regulator( FDIC, Treasury Department)
Requirement for thesis: the thesis is testable ? For instance, one reason cause the financial crisis is the over-lending to home buyers ( the thesis has to be measured by online DATA)
