The company focuses on offering the best quality clothes to her customers in order to compete favorably with other companies selling the same products. This is by ensuring that the staff has the best skills of handling customers with courtesy, doing intense online marketing and advertisement to attract more customers. In addition, they aim at understanding the ever-changing customer needs with the change of lifestyle and economic ability.

The ever-changing customer needs leads to low production rates to avoid overproduction of clothes that could be out of fashion. The customer needs therefore ought to be well understood and their economic ability to purchase these products.
