Why is this assignment necessary?

This assignment pushes you to review the case study (to be used throughout the course) and see where the presented best practices can be applied to this case. This assignment also helps you to note where the case’s project documentation is not quite up to par. Here you also start considering the real reason for the project, as well as who is directly and indirectly involved.
