This helps in performing work effectively and acquiring much helpful information to the social worker. It’s also very important for the client and social worker to have good boundaries that limit them from stepping overboard in terms of how they relate to each other. Also, it’s important for a social worker to have a good sense of humor. This helps the client to feel relaxed and removes the anxiety and tension. According to the A.S.K. pyramid, it’s important for a social worker to possess some attributes in a pyramid set up. They are knowledge, skills, and attitudes. A good social worker should be enabled in terms of education, into matters of human psychology and other related fields in social work. This enables the client to be able to identify the client and the client’s issues and formulate a way to assist the client in getting better. Also, the social worker should have a bit of experience in handling people and relating with the as well. This ensures that the work is done efficiently and that the client gets as much assistance needed as possible. Lastly, it’s important for a social worker to possess good mannerisms and the right working attitudes in all scenarios. They need to keep cool at all times regardless of how a client is in order to offer assistance where needed.   Question 1
