that sentence is not clear” nursing found it difficult to provide description to patients who feel that only what…..because of this ,nurses find themselves …. with the approaches of the client”. That is not related to the editorial the author wrote it should be something that related to what the editorial wrote. Nurses tend to live in the furture because they thinking way ahead of tasks they have or need to be done . while doing one task , they already thinking of the next one. that’s why they are multitasking. they don’t have not even a little time to listen to the family/patients concerns, emotions or to give explanations etc.and as you said as care givers they should be able to provide that time but they are too preocupy. maybe a revision to the editorial will help otherwise im gonna hve to redo it like i did with my last paper.
