What is the actual practice of the law on cyber and other forms of bullying in Connecticut?

This paper must talk about the law on cyber and other forms of bullying in the state of Connecticut, United States and its effect on school education.
Paper must start with an explanation of Connecticut’s, United States law on bullying, with the main focus on cyberbullying in schools. What is the law? How is it implemented? What are the responsibilities at a federal, state, and local level?

The paper must also talk about TWO specific cases related to cyberbullying in schools. Describing what happened? What action was taken if any? How if affected the school and community?

The following questions must be addressed throughout the paper:
