Organizational Change Process – Implementation and Evaluation

Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
This assignment should be 3-5 pages long, but will not need to follow APA format. You are expected to outline an intervention plan based on knowledge gained from the above sources, but those do not need to be cited in text.
Review chapters 7 and 10 of your textbook, and your assessment of the clinic from Clinica De Migrantes, completed in Assignment 2.1.
Based on your assessment and the preliminary goal identified last week, create a detailed plan for implementation that addresses the following prompts. Please be sure to use subheadings and an outline format where necessary:
Identify your innovative idea for organizational change at this clinic.
Identify the members of your proposed action system and all potential assets. (These can be fictitious, if not specified in the film.)
Detail the following elements of your action plan. These should be in an outline format (see above figure.)
Goals – Identify 2 goals.
Objectives Objectives are more specific, short-term goals. Each goal should have at least 2 objectives and they should also be written in SMART format, see this document for assistance: Goal Writing: SMART format.
Action Steps Each objective should have a set of 2-3 action steps.  Action steps dictate who will do what, when. See page 257 of our textbook for examples.
What opposition might your plan face, and what is your plan to neutralize that opposition?
Create a specific plan for evaluation that addresses the following:
How will your plan’s effectiveness be monitored on an ongoing basis throughout implementation?
How will you determine the overall effectiveness/success of this plan?
Lastly, pages 274-275 address the need to assess an agencys cultural competence.  Considering the questions there, how would you ensure the cultural competence your plan?
