This reflection is a 2-page paper requiring students to analyze their performance as a group
facilitator. Students will identify strengths and areas of improvement as well as strategize how they will maximize
strengths and address these areas of improvement in future sessions.

a. Provide an overview of the group you facilitated.
b. Summarize your overall impression of how well you performed as a facilitator.
c. Provide a thesis statement that summarizes the remainder of the paper.
B. Group preparation
a. Discuss how you prepared for your group session
i. Describe the sources that you consulted in preparation for your session and explain
how they were helpful.
b. Discuss the challenges you faced in preparing your agenda (note- you must identify and discuss
at least one challenge).
ii. Describe how you overcame these challenges.
C. Group session self- evaluation
a. Discuss to what extent your session was consistent with your vision for an ideal session.
