Applied Statistics

This is a Statistics presentation, and the presentation should be 10-12 Slides.  Each student should present the contents of a peer-reviewed paper that uses one of these techniques (Log Ranks, Willcoxon Signed Ranks, Willcoxon Rank Sum, Runs Test, Kruskal-Wallace Test, bootstrapping or Monte Carlo methods, survival analysis, or Bayes' Law).   The presentation should show what the study is about, why it is important, what data was analyzed and how it was obtained, what statistical method was used, what the interpretations and conclusions were, and if there are any critiques of the study design, choice of statistical method, or the interpretation of the statistical results.
