Jane Doe was admitted with severe rectal bleeding. Jane complain that she was having the bleeding for several months. MD took her his history and note that she is hypertensive and is on medication, diabetic and is on insulin and is very anemic. She was transfused 1 unit of packed cells for her anemia. She has had a previous history of cancer of the breast, but is now in remission. An esophagogastroduodenoscopy and biopsy was person to determine where the bleeding was coming from. Pathology report revealed metastatic disease of the sigmoid colon as well as to the lower outer quadrant of the breast. On day 5 of hospitalization, the patient developed post- op fever due to an infection. Please give me the following diagnoses:
