Leadership Development

Imagine that you are creating a leadership development program within your organization. In a 3-5 page paper (not including title page or References section), first provide a brief sketch of the organization. Then, detail the leadership development program. Be sure to justify (with at least 3 distinct reasons) why this proposed program is appropriate for the particular organization. Then, share how you plan to measure the effectiveness of the program. Incorporate at least 2 peer reviewed articles (other than assigned readings) that emphasize leadership development best practices within your work.

Adherence to APA formatting requirements is evident.

Sources are credible (preferably peer-reviewed), varied, relevant, and current (published within past five years); use of seminal work (e.g. Freud) is encouraged.

Includes required number of professional/scholarly sources.

Addresses ethical considerations in research when appropriate.
