Topic #1: HLP video #16, Briefly define Explicit Instruction. Next describe how your previous knowledge of this instructional approach (I do, we do, you do sequence) as highlighted in 4 components and one or more new pieces of information you learned from the video. Conclude with how you apply it or can apply it to your experiences in teaching students with exceptionalities.

Topic #2, covers the principles of scaffolded supports with a focus on teacher dialogue as a prominent support and used in conjunction with other support and tools.    This focuses on the key elements of Explicit Instruction.
