Read the Kaboom case.  Brainstorm the impacts that Kaboom hopes to achieve.  Starting with those outcomes in a logic model, fill out the other elements of the logic model.  Mark elements of the logic model with L, S, R if that element is uniquely tied to either the Lead, Seed, or Rally components of Kabooms work.  Please use the attached TEMPLATE for your logic model.  I have also attached some two examples of the logic model
