Describe two key features of the thought of Pico Della Mirandola, as presented in his Oration on the Dignity of Man, and two key features of the thought of Rene Descartes, as Presented in Meditations 1-2 of his Meditations on First Philosophy, that likely reflect, as well as encouraged, the spirit of modern individualism.
In your essay you must present one brief quotation from Pico’s Oration, and two brief quotations from Descartes’ Meditations 1-2 (one quotation from Meditation 1, and one quotation from Meditation 2). Each of the three quotations must contain at least two complete sentences. Also, each quotation must be put in quotation marks, with a brief informal citation, including a page reference.
