DISCUSSION QUESTION

Define the topic of preconceived biases and beliefs and how they may impact a persons perception and judgment. What is a preconceived notion?  Share an example of a preconceived belief you have had in the past and how you because aware of and overcame it.  What would you do differently in the future to make the other person feel welcomed or to decrease discomfort within yourself? Explain one new model of inclusion and how it can be used as an HR professional.
