Read Clementinas case attached and answer the following questions.  Please remember to use research, theory, and laws from this texts  as well as specific examples from the case to support each answer.

You must thoughtfully and thoroughly addresses all questions, addressing diverse perspectives throughout (e.g., the familys perspective, different teachers perspectives, etc.). 
Must use and cite information from multiple course texts (beyond the case study) throughout assignment to support answers and clarify points (e.g., I would recommend that Anas teacher trybased on research suggesting that (multiple sources cited)
Also  use specific examples from the case study to illustrate all points and clarify all arguments (e.g., The ELA teacher observed that Danny would read quietly with his classmates for 5-6 minutes during independent reading time, then begin quietly doodling in his notebook. Based on this data, its not clear whether Danny was having trouble reading, was uninterested in the reading, or having trouble concentrating.)

4) Write one specific, measurable goal for Clementina and explain why you chose this goal.
5) What is one strategy that you would use to support Clementina in achieving this goal? Be as specific as possible about how and why you would use this strategy with Clementina.
6) How was Clementina affected by not being placed in special education until the end of fourth grade although she was originally referred in kindergarten?
7) Pretend that you are a parent advocate who was contacted to represent Clementina’s family at her CST meeting and placement conference. What issues of concern would you raise? Don’t forget to address issues related to her family’s native language.
