1. Spanish speaking patient with limited English being started on a low-sodium diet.

2.  A 45 year old female newly diagnosed with breast cancer.

Write a 2-3 page paper describing how you would screen and adapt for health literacy considerations in your selected scenario.  Treat each patient as if they have some health literacy challenge and describe how you might address that challenge.
