For this class, imagine you have been hired by the U.S. office of a French firm with a large U.S. presence, and several global locations. Part of their leadership development program is rotating high potential leaders through 1-2 assignments outside their home country. They have asked to prepare trainings to help with that. For this week, you will prepare two PowerPoint presentations.
Presentation 1: Will discuss what cultural and global issues should be considered by U.S. leaders being temporarily deployed to another country
Presentation 2: Will discuss what non-U.S. leaders should consider when coming to a temporarily deployed to the U.S.
Each presentation should be at least 5 slides (not counting cover and references), each slide should have at least 100 words of notes so show what should be said if presenting this live, and no more than 2 slides should be common across the two presentations. You may submit both presentations as a single file, but it must be clear where one presentation stops and the other starts. Be sure to address any relevant gender, cultural, and ethical issues that are relevant in the global workplace.
Support your paper with at least three scholarly sources.
Length: 5+ slides for each presentation (10+ total), not including cover page and references
Your presentations should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in instructions
2 power point 5 slides a piece so a total of 10 slides must be a 100 words or more on each slide
Reference slide and cover slide do not count
