You were tasked to lead a new employee training session for Red Stone Web Developers Company. You should develop the training materials and schedule by fulling the following tasks (the estimated duration is shown in parentheses):

– At the beginning, you should contact the 15 participants, introduce the program and explain your expectations from the week-long training session (2day)

– Then you must obtain approval from their department managers for the training session (2 days).

– After you obtain the approval, two tasks can begin at the same time: you can arrange the meeting room (1 day) and prepare the lectures for a week-long training session (4 days).

– When the agenda and the teaching materials are ready, you can start two more concurrent tasks: prepare the information packets for each new employee (3 days) and create visual aids for the lectures (4 days).

– When the meeting room is arranged and the information packets are ready, you can send the e-mail to participants to invite them to the meeting room (1 day) 

– Finally, after the e-mail is sent to participants and the visual aids are ready, you can conduct new employees training session (5 days)

Consider the given case and Prepare the followings in your MS Word document

Question 1: Work Breakdown Structure in Table format (use MS Word insert table)

Question 2: Gantt Chart (see the list of free Gantt chart makers)

Question 3: PERT chart that shows the project (you can use MS word or Draw.io)

Question 4: Show the critical Path in Red.
