You will be required to undertake an individual written paper related to a particular organisation and country of your choice. This organisation can be one you work for or one you are familiar with. The overall aim is to conduct a market analysis and propose a set of Marketing Strategy to launch a NEW PRODUCT into the marketplace.
You will be assessed on your ability to:
1. Conduct the market analysis including PESTEL, 5 forces and SWOT models.
2. Conduct segmentation Targeting and Positioning analysis.
3. Construct resulting from points 1, 2 and 3 appropriate Marketing Strategy including: Product Price Place and Promotion elements.
4. Make clear links to the marketing theory that underpins your work
5. Write a logical, well-presented and accurately referenced piece of work
