The Educational PowerPoint assignment is to be in a PowerPoint format that may be viewed by your fellow classmates.  There is no minimum or maximum slide number. Most students  find 15-20 slides, excluding title and reference slide, to be adequate.

Imagine that you are working in a clinic that sees a wide variety of patients from all stages across the life span. You have found that when patients leave the clinic with a diagnosis, they often have difficulty describing their condition to family members. Additionally, with children, parents are unsure of how to discuss the diagnosis with their children’s teachers and caretakers.

Your job is to create an educational presentation PowerPoint  which explains any topic covered in this course in plain language. By completing this assignment, you are showing evidence that you can synthesize complicated information from your readings and lessons and interpret that information in such a way that it can be understood by someone without your academic background.

**Reference page should be provided within presentation using APA format. You may reference information on each slide or at the end of the presentation. Be sure to reference any clip art used , you may do so using small font beneath the clip art. Review the rubric as well for additional direction.***

Once you have created your PowerPoint and saved it in a PDF format, please upload it to the Forum with a description of the population your document is geared towards.

Your grade will be based on the following:
