    Fails and risk are the two words that more firms try to avoid to happen. As we know that tesla, space x, etc. is caused by risk and failure of Elson Musk; this article shows Musk Fall and the rise of his business. An author has shown how he works for 85 to 100 hours a week to keep the company running(BYU) and how he uses his own money to keep Tesla and SpaceX survives to many pandemics; he is taking a risk to invest in the solar city. Also, he has to stand against those people who disagree and want to see he fails for his business.

Elon Musk was born in South Africa and was the founder of X.com which later he changed to Paypal (Elon Biography). Mr.Musk was making millions of dollars in his younger years by selling start up companies. Mr.Musk was born june 28, 1971, as a kid he was a big daydreamer and would only think about what his next invention should be. At 17 years of age he attended Queens University in Canada, and later transferred to UPen. He is most famous for his top companies SpaceX, Paypal and Tesla Motors (Forbes).  He has 3 other companies that he founded. Mr.Musk net worth as of today is at $85.9 billion. Donald Trump and Elon Musk are very close and he was invited to a Strategy and Policy Forum (Elon Biography). Mr.Musk has done many things in his younger life that shows he is a powerful unrelentless leader in all aspects.
Musks  name is known throughout the United States for his amazing ideas, creative spirit, amazing leadership skills and much more. There are a ton of qualities that can truly demonstrate why Musk is one of this generation’s best leaders. One quality that Musk possesses is his passion for innovation. (Braverman)  He is changing the game for how lots of things get done, for example the Tesla cars he has created. He saw a market that could use improvement and with his passion for new things he created this amazing product. Another quality trait that makes Musk a great leader is the energy he creates for all that work for him. (Braverman) He isnt some kind of intimidating guy as you can see through social media or videos. He is very optimistic and energized making all those around him feel safe, comfortable, and energized to work with him. (Braverman)
Musk is one of today’s most creative, innovative people to date. He has no shortage of crazy ideas that are often made into reality. He is one of today’s most creative leaders, which is a leadership style that should not be overlooked. (Wingard, Does Creative Leadership Work? Section) Creative leaders are among today’s most appreciated leadership skills, these leaders appreciate when employees have good ideas that are a bit more on the creative side.(Wingard, Does Creative Leadership Work? Section) When a leader themselves is used to giving these ideas that most refer to as crazy they are more willing to hear these ideas from others. This can allow for more open conversation and employees to be comfortable to express themselves. Overall improving the motivation, and ability of all employees which is what great leaders strive to do.

Due to Musk’s creativity he is at the head of a lot of this generation’s revolutionary ideas, but he is not done yet. He is still innovating and creating new technology that can help take us even further into the future. Recently he has developed an AI chip that can be placed into one’s brain, this chip will be helpful in a ton of different aspects affecting brain trauma and injury. (Eadicicco) This AI chip is forecasted to potentially allow eyesight and hearing to be restored, along with restoration in limbs, and lastly the chip can help different parts of the brain that are affected from diseases.(Eadicicco) The development of this AI chip is no easy task, but because of Muska’s amazing leadership skills he is dedicated to this task. It is known that this task will take lots of time, energy, and money but Musk does not let this deter him from accomplishing what most people think of as the impossible.
Elon musk is a visionary. One of his long-term goals is to get to Mars.  To do this, his short-term goal is to make the SpaceX Project successful. (Predictive Success).Elon musk displays investment versions of creativity through his SpaceX development project. (Cameron)  SpaceX is a satellite launching service that allows companies to place their own satellites into orbit without having to deal with the exorbitant fees and risks of getting it there. SpaceX is the first of its kind to deliver unmanned vehicles into space. This service is known as rideshare. (SpaceX) Elon Musk has always been looking to innovate. Elon musk has a purpose. He sets up long-term goals with short-term goals to fit the gaps of time.

Elon Musk has proven to be a strategic thinker.  Environmentally friendly products are becoming more generally accepted as time goes on. One of Elon Musk’s focuses is to save the planet.  This led Elon to acquire Tesla which produces electric cars. This is very environmentally friendly.  Elon, being an innovator, is working on Tesla’s car and has already developed self-driving capabilities along with being able to drive individuals to their destination based on what they have on their calendar (Clifford). Many car companies such as Honda, Toyota, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz and more, have been making various types of EV but Tesla is a step ahead of the rest with making their cars more luxurious. Tesla placed in the number 1 and 2 spot for luxury EV with the model S and model 3. Porsche, BMW, and Lexus filling up the rest of the spots. While EV are being a hot topic, Tesla motors have to be careful of all the car companies that are coming into their market and do a thorough market analysis to stay a step ahead. Tesla has not made profit in the 15 years it has been opened but it still remains to be a top seller (Investopedia).
