Each year Fortune Magazine ranks the Worlds Most Admired Companies. Fortune develops this list based on nine key factors: 1) innovation, 2) people management, 3) use of corporate assets, 4) social responsibility, 5) quality of management, 6) financial soundness, 7) long-term investments, 8) quality of products or services, and 9) global competitiveness.

      Click on the Rankings link for Fortune rankings.

      Select Worlds Most Admired Companies.

      Select one company from the list for your research.

Students will write a paper highlighting the following areas: 1) stakeholders, 2) social responsibility, 3) business formation, 4) management, 5) human resources, and 6) marketing. Papers are required to be Times New Roman, 12-font, written in paragraph form, and double-spaced.  Please follow APA guidelines. The instructor will provide a template with an outline to guide the students writing.

Include the following:

Introduction of the organization (not more than page}
Identify at least five stakeholders of this organization and identify how the organization addresses the needs of each of the five stakeholders (see chapter 1)
Discuss the organizations Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) including the organizations concern for the welfare of society e.g. philanthropy, social initiatives, etc. (see chapter 1 & 2)
Identify the form of business ownership and discuss the history of how the firm was formed (see chapter 4)

**Papers under four pages or over seven pages will receive a penalty. Less than four pages is not enough to cover the topics sufficiently and more than seven pages is too long and does not show that you can be concise but complete.
