The current Western lifestyle of sitting most of the day combined with extended mortality rates is setting up society for increased predominance of chronic disease. Sitting is now a leading preventable cause of many chronic illnesses. What are you doing to fight age-related decline in muscle mass? Everyone needs to do strength training, yet certain demographics focus largely on cardiovascular exercise – Why do you think this is? Will you now be considering incorporating resistance training into your weekly routine?
