Students will create written content for a [real or fictional] proposed fundraising eventpre-event communication/mailings/development information, marketing, day-of sample letters, emails, thank-yous, save-the-dates, event scripts for asks, etc. This assignment should total approximately 4 pages (or 1000 words) of content.

Please section your assignment into the headings below labeled:
1.    Event overview: quick overview and explanation of event.
2.    Marketing/Communication calendar: layout of when and where marketing/communication is taking place (no specifics dates necessary, 1 wk out, 1 month out, etc. is fine.)
3.    Sample event messaging: two marketing pieces, one day-of event piece
4.    Sample fundraising messaging: one ask/donation request piece and one thank you for donating piece.
