Assignment: Write about a section of Chapter 7 (1-3pages) from the point of view of Myrtle  Wilson, Daisy Buchanan, Tom Buchanan, Jay Gatsby, George Wilson, Jordan Bake or a minor character. Compose a creative writing piece (1-2 pages) in the form of a diary entry, letter, narrative poem, song, newspaper article, etc.

Before you begin writing, imagine what your character feels and thinks based on the events in the novel and prior knowledge you have of the character. Do not forget that you were writing in the voice of the character, not your own.
